Bieber just can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to legal issues lately. The latest legal drama involves a holiday in Hawaii, a nosy photographer and one broken camera. Perfect ingredients for a lawsuit, don’t you think?

Details on the incident

Namely, tabloids claim a brand new trial awaits Bieber as lawsuit has been filed against the singer by attorney Sark Ohanian on behalf of photographer Aja Oxman.

Asja claims his camera was shattered into pieces by one of Justin’s bodyguards last year when Bieber was enjoying his days off in Hawaii.

The incident happened at Shipwreck Beach in Kauai, Hawaii last November.

Justin supposedly ordered his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson to politely ask Asja to delete all the pictures taken that day, but when the photographer refused to so, the bodyguard allegedly became violent.

Go get him Dwayne!

It is stated in the lawsuit that Dwayne caught Asja by his throat, started pushing him around, destroyed his expensive camera and stole the memory stick containing all the images.

While this was happening, Bieber was standing near enjoying the beating and allegedly said: “Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.”

And Dwayne apparently did.

Patterson was only charged for a third degree assault and fourth degree criminal property at that time, and was later released on $3, 000 bail, but now, with the full on lawsuit on their hands, who knows what might happen next.

Stay tuned.
